1. Fire Fighting Pump Electric Jockey Diesel has three types of starting functions:
-Manual start function: Can switch between manual and automatic interlock and achieve manual start function.
-Automatic manual function: Allows three starts, if unsuccessful, an "start failure alarm" is issued and exits the start state automatically; once started successfully, it runs at rated load for 5-10-15S (depending on the unit capacity).
-Emergency manual direct start function: Can achieve emergency manual direct start function when the control device fails.
2. Automatic operation: When the pump unit receives a valid firefighting signal, if the power supply system of the electric motor firefighting pump is interrupted or phase loss, or the electric pump malfunctions and cannot start normally, the diesel engine firefighting pump set will automatically start and run. Once the power supply system is restored to normal or the electric pump can run normally, it can automatically switch to the electric pump.
3. Automatic shutdown: The diesel engine firefighting pump will automatically shut down after the firefighting signal disappears.
4. Battery self-charging and voltage stabilization function: The battery can be automatically charged by the diesel engine charging motor to ensure smooth startup of the unit.
5. Has a comprehensive indication system: Ready to start, manual start, automatic start, unit operation, unit shutdown, battery charging, overspeed, low engine oil pressure, low turbocharger oil pressure, low engine oil temperature, high engine coolant temperature, low battery voltage, low fuel oil level (or lack of), low engine coolant temperature preheating, scheduled inspections.
