The structural features of IH horizontal stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump
The stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump is directly driven by the electric motor through an extended coupling. The pump cover is fixed on the middle bracket by a stop, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle by the connection between the pump body and the middle support stop. The pump body is axially suctioned and radially discharged, and it is foot-supported, which can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension components are fixed on the middle bracket by a stop and supported on the base by a suspension bracket. For convenient disassembly, an extended coupling is designed so that the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines, pump body, and electric motor do not need to be disassembled during maintenance. Only the middle connecting piece of the coupling needs to be removed to take out the rotor components for maintenance.
